Organic Beauty Week - Listen to Nature

Soil Association’s Organic Beauty and Wellbeing Week

Organic farming and living is something we advocated from the start and continue to support wherever we can. Why? because sustainability and regeneration, start from the soil.

Organic farming protects biodiversity, uses only biodegradable ingredients and while it works with the resources of the natural world, it ensures they are not exploited and have a chance to sustainably regenerate.

This year the focus is to Listen to nature – Dr Spiezia tells us what this means to him:

'For us Listening to nature means to listen to ourselves: Often Nature is seen or perceived as something outside us, and this is wrong. Whatever we do to Nature we do to ourselves and vice versa.' say Dr Spiezia

‘Inlight for me is an “echo” of the Nature’s perfection. All the ingredients I have chosen for my formulations are pure and untouched nature. Herbs, flowers, roots and cold pressed oils are carefully infused and mixed in our artisan production, which involves a clear ‘slow beauty approach’. This includes the exposure to sun and moon (as well as “the human factor”) to interfere as little as possible with the raw power nature has to offer. The “human factor” also plays an important role in this unique production process. This is the base of all our skincare products. I have always been passionate and curious with the natural world, for me listening to it means respecting it and learning from it.’

The organic movement arose to make a stand against the serious damage caused by the indiscriminate use of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, synthetic chemicals, antibiotics, synthetic hormones, preservatives, colourants, etc. These have had an enormous impact on the balance of our planet and on the health of humans and all living creatures. We need to collectively act now to ensure a greener future! Try something NEW today - Organic beauty is a lifestyle, not just a product :) CLICK HERE FOR YOUR FREE GIFT

ETHICAL, MINDFUL BEAUTY:

We support our local wildlife by being in partnership with  Cornwall Wildlife Trust and investing in local beehives.
